These twelve apartments, in two three storey blocks, were designed to be fully accessible for elderly and disabled occupants with generously proportioned accommodation and high quality finishes.
Extensive parking is broken up and enclosed by heavily landscaped areas leading to both entrances which overlook a quiet courtyard.
The design is modern but sympathetic with the adjacent large detached 19th century residences.
