In line with the ethos of an increasing aware society we have been audited and certified under the ‘Acorn’ environmental management initiative.

The principles behind the accreditation prompt our designers to consider not only the energy use of the building systems but appropriate passive energy conservation.

Specification of materials with low energy profiles is part of the normal process of preparing production information. Initial cost is considered against building life profiles and the choice offered to the client if there are budget implications.

Our experience in co-ordinating environmental management and recognised external audits/assessments includes ECO Homes, SBEM, CEEQUAL and BREEAM.
