All project organisation is subject to risks. A project which finds itself in a state of perpetual crisis is failing to manage those risks properly and is characterised by an inability on the part of those responsible to decide what to do, when to do it, and whether enough has been done.

Through established Quality Management Procedures we are experienced and able to carry out ongoing Risk Assessments and incorporate Risk Control into the design and implementation procedures. Well tried procedures will prompt and record these activities and ensure realistic and effective evaluation mechanisms are fully utilised
